All Sales Are Final

At Bakes & Cakes, we take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality cakes tailored to your specifications. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the personalized nature of each order, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

Storage Method

• Refrigerate the cake as soon as possible for best taste

• It’s advised to consume the cake within 3 days as the cake is made fresh daily without preservatives and additives

 

Order Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After this period, we begin preparing your custom cake, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

• Modifications: If you need to adjust your order (e.g., message on the cake, pickup/delivery time), please contact us at least 3 days before delivery or pickup date. After this timeframe, changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we do not offer refunds, we strive to ensure every order meets our high standards. If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect:

1. Contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.

2. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup: Please ensure timely pickup of your order. We are not responsible for cakes that are left beyond the agreed pickup time.

• Delivery: We will deliver your order to the address provided during checkout. On arrival, we will call the phone number provided to ensure a smooth handoff.

• If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, we will leave the cake in the safest, most secure location possible at the delivery address.

• Once the cake has been delivered and left at the specified location, we are not responsible for any damages, theft, or issues that may arise after delivery.

Allergy Disclaimer

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our cakes are made in a facility that may handle common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies when placing the order.
